FM Logistic enters the Forbes World’s Best Employers List

15 October 2021 – FM Logistic made it into the Forbes list of the world’s top 750 employers published on 12 October.

For its first entry in the ranking, FM Logistic came in at No. 741. It is one of only eight pure-play freight transportation and logistics companies listed in this year’s report.

“We are delighted to enter the Forbes ranking. Supporting our employees’ success and well-being at a time of strong changes in the supply chain industry is a priority. It is rewarding to see our efforts being recognised,” said Cécile Cloarec, HR, communication and sustainable development director of FM Logistic.

The business magazine’s list is produced in cooperation with market research firm Statista. It is based on surveys of 150,000 employees in 58 countries. 

“The respondents were asked to rate their willingness to recommend their employers to friends and family. They were also asked to evaluate other employers in their respective industries that stood out either positively or negatively. Participants were asked to rate the companies on aspects such as image, economic footprint, talent development, gender equality and social responsibility. The 750 companies that received the highest total scores made the final list,” Forbes explains.
