After nearly 30 years of collaboration, SEB Group chooses FM Logistic to strengthen its distribution in Western Europe, 187 positions are to be filled at the new dedicated logistics site in Bully-les-Mines (Hauts-de-France) and 20 positions will be created by FMEA, FM Logistic’s network of adapted companies.
SEB Group extends its partnership with FM Logistic
After nearly 30 years of collaboration, the leader in small domestic equipment entrusts FM Logistic with the management of its logistics activities from its single warehouse based in Bully-les-Mines, Hauts-de-France. Strategically located at the crossroads of Western Europe, this platform will pool stocks that will supply France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. On this 100,000 m2 site, FM Logistic will receive, store, co-pack and ship the group’s “Small Household Appliances” products (Seb, Moulinex, Calor, Rowenta and Krups brands, among others).

FM Logistic launches a recruitment campaign
To ensure the launch of its activities in Bully-les-Mines from January 2023, FM Logistic is already recruiting 187 people: mainly forklift operators, but also logistics team leaders, administrative agents and customer managers, maintenance and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment). The opportunity will be given to employees of the FM Logistic platform in Arras, located 27 km away, to join the new Groupe SEB site in Bully-les-Mines.
Certified Top Employer for 7 years, FM Logistic encourages support for young talents in their careers. Thus, all future employees of the platform will be trained in a training school of the company Promelog, specializing in logistics training.

Thanks to this new platform, we will have the chance to contribute to the development of the local economy. In addition, we plan to create no less than 250 jobs on the platform by 2024. ” assures Vincent Morel, Director of the FM Logistic platform in Bully-les-Mines.
Positions open to people with disabilities
Part of the activities of the Bully-les-Mines platform will be reserved for FMEA, the network of adapted companies of FM Logistic in France. 20 suitable positions will be opened within this new platform, which joins the 7 existing FMEA sites. Since the launch of the network in 2016, FM Logistic has cultivated the ambition of creating long-term jobs for its employees with disabilities, by allowing them to integrate into an adapted professional environment.
